We shared experiences with Estonian ANSP

The leaders of the Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS)/Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS visited Oro Navigacija.

During the meeting, we focused on discussing good practices related to traffic management, air navigation services, safety and quality assurance.

We also introduced our experience in implementing the LEAN system, which helps improve processes and the efficiency of company operations. Together with EANS leaders we acknowledged the significance of collaboration in achieving shared objectives by sharing experiences, implementing innovations and addressing various challenges. Such meetings to share good practices enhance opportunities for improvement and strengthen our positions collectively in Europe.
