About SE „Oro navigacija“
SE “Oro navigacija” is the sole provider of the air traffic services, the communications, navigation and surveillance services and the aeronautical information services in the airspace of the Republic of Lithuania for the needs of civil aviation in peacetime. Also, the enterprise is involved in organization and coordination of search and rescue operations in the event of an aircraft accident or emergency.
Guest from EUROCONTROL
In cooperation with the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, EUROCONTROL, a survey of safety culture is conducted at the enterprise. For this purpose EUROCONTROL’s representative Mr Nigel Makins visited the enterprise on 23–25 January. The guest submitted EUROCONTROL’s questionnaire on safety culture to employees of the enterprise.
